Abstract Submission

All abstract submissions will be accepted starting August 12.

**WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT FURTHER POSTER SUBMISSIONS. Unfortunately, we have reached capacity for poster presentations as of Oct. 24 2024. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you submit your poster again at next year's conference.**

Poster abstract submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis up to the week of the event.​

Deadline for flash talk abstracts has been extended to October 11th (notified October 15). Flash talks will last approximately 5 minutes each.

Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author.

 

If you are an undergraduate or graduate student, we recommend that you receive feedback and approval from your mentor before submitting your abstract.

​

By submitting an abstract you will automatically be registered for the conference.
